Participants in our Early Creator Partner Program understand that:
- The platform is under active development.
- Features may evolve based on feedback.
- Some functionality may be experimental.
- We may request feedback to improve the product.
Participation does not guarantee future access or commercial terms.
4. Creator Content
Creators retain ownership of their original content.
Any materials provided for training or configuring an AI experience remain the property of the creator unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Creators are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to provide any content used for their AI experience.
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to use our services for unlawful activities, abuse, harassment, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws or platform policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe our services are being misused.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all software, technology, branding, and platform materials remain our intellectual property.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our technology or software.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of information shared during our partnership.
Information provided for onboarding or improving your AI experience will only be used to deliver and improve the service.
A separate Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as available" basis during the early access phase.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as we continue development.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to active partners.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat (Central Jakarta District Court).
